With dealer markups, inflated fuel costs and every Dodge model & Mustang wanting to race you to prove they will win a race, I'm becoming less-interested in purchasing a Corolla GR. I'd like one, but it definitely would be used sparingly because I'm a driver who thinks he's that lucky guy that will always get pulled-over the moment he breaks the law. So I drive slow and would only take it to the track that's only a few miles away to stretch it's legs every month or two….

Yes as a vw owner I want a Toyota again my 86 celica 22re was the best car ever and I had a 92 carmry with 300k plus miles. I want a fun light weight car that's efficient and made by Toyota so I only change brakes and fluid till I die. This is a perfect car and can't wait to buy the core with lsd and cold weather package. Great video. I think the CTR will be a little quicker straight line and then twisties will be very close. CTR probly a lil better overall but I personally want the gr corolla
